​We provide professional mobile RV repair and service at your location. To ensure efficient service for all customers, please review our mobile service policies below.
Service call fees are based on distance from 1541 Stogdill Rd. Bluffton, IN and may vary due to road closures, detours. We’ll confirm your exact fee when you book your appointment.

Service Call / Trip Fee
Mobile service includes a service call (trip) fee, which covers travel time to your location. This fee applies to every visit and is not typically covered by manufacturer warranties or extended warranty providers.
If additional visits are required to complete repairs, additional service call fees may apply.

Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled within a service window, as travel time and previous repairs may affect arrival time.
We will do our best to notify you if we are running behind schedule.

Utilities
Certain diagnostics and repairs may require power, water, or propane. If these are not available, it may limit our ability to diagnose or complete repairs during the visit or can increase labor time.

Weather Conditions
Severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe temperatures may delay or require rescheduling of service appointments for safety reasons.

Parts & Follow-Up Visits
Our service vehicle carries many commonly used RV parts to help complete repairs during the initial visit whenever possible.
Due to the wide variety of RV brands, models, and components, it is not possible to stock every part required for every repair.
If the required part is not available during the initial visit, the part will be ordered and a follow-up appointment will be scheduled once it arrives.
Additional service visits required to complete repairs may be subject to an additional service call fee.

Payment
Payment for completed services and any non-warranty charges is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
